Drawing on his legal, lobbying, and communications experience, Justin Arnold founded Mayfly Strategies, LLC in the Fall of 2024. Mayfly offers comprehensive public affairs consulting,  assisting individual clients and organizations in strategic communications, crisis management, government relations, policy advocacy, and navigating complicated campaign finance rules, among other services.

Justin Arnold has worked as a government relations attorney for two Fortune 500, Dow 30 corporations, advocating on behalf of varied business interests and connecting with stakeholders across multiple industries.

Justin is the former General Counsel of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he advised the State’s biggest business organization, and where he was honored by Missouri Lawyers Media in 2018 as a “Rising Star” for Corporate Counsel.

In his spare time, Justin serves as a Head Varsity Tennis Coach in the St. Louis area, earning the MSHSAA Coach of the Year award for Girls Tennis for the 2023-2024 season.

Justin graduated with honors from Westminster College, earning a B.A. in Political Science while playing collegiate tennis.  He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and is a licensed attorney.

Justin and his wife, Anna live in Kirkwood, Missouri where he serves as a Commissioner on the Kirkwood Planning & Zoning Commission. He has two children, a daughter, 8, and a newborn son.
